We want our customers to be happy with their purchases.

Should the item not fit properly or be defective, Please contact us immediately for a Return Authorization Number.

Once You have a Return Authorization Number, Simply Return the item(s) back to us with a Tracking Number/Insurance.
Please include a note with the Return Authorization Number explaining what you need, e.g. Exchange for a Size Larger, etc...

We pride ourselves in obtaining quality products for our customers.
We Inspect Every Item We Ship, but, occasionally, the manufacturer makes a mistake.
Thus, when you tell us about a problem, it actually makes us aware of it so we are able to Correct it.

Due to health regulations we cannot accept lingerie worn.

All items returned must be in New, Sellable condtion.
Shoes should be tried on only on carpeted floors while avoiding scuffing them.  

We will refund the price of the product but not actual shipping.

When sending anything back, we strongly recommend that you get tracking and insurance to guarantee against loss form the carrier.
We love our customers but we do need proof that the item was shipped back to us.

Finally, there have been a few individuals who buy products from us to dress with and then return when they are done.
PLEASE we are a small company with small profit margins.
